These Terms of Use govern your use of the Home Value platform as a property buyer or seller. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before using the Platform.

As a property buyer or seller on the Platform, you understand and acknowledge that certain information you provide will be visible to Real Estate Agents (Licensed REA) or Real Estate Agencies using the Platform. This includes your name, purchase or sale criteria, and property address if you are selling.

1.2. However, we prioritize your privacy and security. Therefore, no personal contact information such as mobile numbers or email addresses will be shared with Real Estate Agents.

2. User Conduct:

 

2.1. By using the Platform, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your property buying or selling requirements.

2.2. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any interactions, communications, and transactions you engage in with other users of the Platform. Home Value is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise between users.

3. Platform Usage:

3.1. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

​

3.2. You will not use the Platform to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including but not limited to spamming, soliciting, or distributing unauthorized content.

3.3. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or interfere with its operation, security, or functionality.

3.4. Home Value reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate any provision of this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property:

 

4.1. The Platform and all related content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Home Value or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from the Platform without prior written permission from Home Value.

5. Limitation of Liability:

5.1. Home Value provides the Platform "as is" without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on the Platform.

 

5.2. In no event shall Home Value be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. 5.3. Home Value does not endorse or guarantee any transactions, services, or products offered by third-party users on the Platform.

6. Modification and Termination:

6.1. Home Value reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or this Agreement at any time, with or without notice.

 

6.2. If you wish to terminate your enquiry data on the Platform, you may do so by email response to hello@homevalue.co.nz. Please note that any information or content you have shared on the Platform may remain visible to other users even after your account is terminated.

7. Governing Law:

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
